Workers Highlight 2018- Recognizing our Outstanding Workers
One of our wonderful Great Lakes members Rick Rollo wanted to highlight our amazing workers at our Milwaukee Mile event this June. This post is the gallery of all his pictures of everyone hard at work. They volunteer their time and work extremely hard all day often times in the sun and heat and seldom get the credit they deserve for keeping all our events running.
Just and example of the comments about the people we had there in our club” The people you got to work corners were great to work with and hope they come out again. They were terrific. Please let them know.”
Improving Track safety at the Milwaukee Mile
In partnership with Milwaukee SCCA and the Milwaukee Mile we hosted two days at the state fairgrounds putting together new sets of tire walls to upgrade the safety of the track and hopefully lure some more clubs in the area to hold events at The Mile in the future. We will have some more dates in the future to help finish up so keep an eye out on our social media for updates!
